Option 1 - Direct Cremation - £1,295

A direct cremation is a cremation without a traditional service or ceremony, providing an affordable option that allows families the flexibility to honor their loved one in their own personal way. While family members do not attend the cremation itself, we will provide the date and time so they can say goodbye in their own meaningful way. With no compromise on our care and commitment to your loved one. A Direct Cremation Includes the following:

Option 2 - Traditional Cremation - £3,380

We understand the importance of creating a service that reflects your loved one’s life, and our traditional cremation includes everything required to make the process as seamless and comforting as possible. Each aspect of the service has been carefully considered and is broken down as follows:

A Traditional Hearse Will Be Provided For Transport of Your Loved One
A celebrant or Minister to lead the service
A Cremation & Service at Chanterlands Crematorium With Pallbearers and Funeral Director
A traditional wooden coffin
Return of ashes as instructed by you
Additional options, such as limousines, horse drawn carriage, floral arrangements, newspaper notices, personalized coffins or caskets, and printed Orders of Service, can be added to our package for the applicable fees. Please note that alternative venues, such as churches or other crematoria, may involve varying costs.
Payment for the traditional cremation service is required in full before the funeral takes place unless prior arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon with the funeral director. Option 3 - Traditional Burial - £3,825

Interment into the grave at the cemetery
A traditional wooden coffin
A Spray of Flowers
If you do not already own a plot, one will need to be purchased. A new plot in one of the Hull cemeteries (10 year lease) would cost £340. A new plot in East Riding cemeteries (60 year lease) would cost £1350. Please ask for further details.
If there is a headstone in place this would need to be removed before a burial can take place. We can arrange this for you at a charge of £151.
